DockItUp is a dock-rental marketplace and management platform that helps boaters find dockage and helps private dock owners and marina operators manage listings, bookings, communication, and rental activity online.
Eligible private dock owners can list their available dock space after completing the required account and listing setup. Self-service marina signup is not open yet; marina tools and pricing are separate from the private-owner experience.
Yes. Boaters can create an account and search available dock slips for free. Pricing, availability, and booking details are shown before checkout.
Private dock owners can create a listing with no upfront listing fee or monthly subscription. DockItUp deducts a 10% platform fee from the dock-rental subtotal when a booking is completed. Marina pricing is handled separately and is not included in this private-owner rate.
Yes. Private dock owners control the booking method offered on their listing. Depending on eligibility and setup, they can use Owner Approval Required or Instant Booking Confirmation, along with pricing, availability, minimum-stay, dock-rule, and insurance-requirement settings.
DockItUp keeps payment and payout status connected to each booking and does not store full payment-card details. Stripe Identity is used separately for identity verification, and DockItUp does not store the submitted ID images.
